Most problems have a quick fix in the docs. For anything else, write to us and a person will answer.
Common problems
A file that reads wrongly, one that is too large, an expired session and a download that did not appear each have a fix in the docs.
If your chat shows text where you expected viik’s screen, your chat app may not show connector screens yet. Everything viik does still works there, as text.

Write to [email protected]. Say which chat assistant you used and what happened. Please do not send your resume: viik never needs it to help, and email is not where it should be kept.
