viik was made to make job hunting easy, and even enjoyable, because people deserve to work, and to be paid for it.
viik finds matching jobs, reviews and reformats a resume inside the chat assistant you already use. Job matching uses stored public postings and can filter by remote work, place, or how recently a role was posted. The assistant does the judging; viik checks every claim against the lines it cites, counts the parts that can be counted, and copies your wording without changing it.
There is no resume database. A prepared resume sits in memory for thirty minutes and then expires, and nothing in viik can send your work anywhere except back to the conversation it came from.
viik is a product provided by Montcao LLC. It is early software, still being built.
Clear to the software that reads it first.
Many employers run a resume through hiring software before a person sees it. The software turns your file into text and fields, mostly by reading the layout and matching words, and some systems add AI review on top. When it misreads a file, a good resume can fall behind for reasons that have nothing to do with you. viik helps yours be read correctly and completely.
Fixed checks, the same answer every timeviik checks that your file reads as one column in order, keeps its words as text rather than pictures, and is small enough for that software to read. It also looks for contact details, dates, and the headings software expects, such as Experience, Education and Skills. No AI is involved in these checks.
AI judgment, tied to your own wordsHow strong your experience reads, and what to improve first, comes from the chat assistant you already use. viik runs no AI of its own. Every rating and suggestion must quote lines from your resume, and viik checks each quote before it calculates the score with a fixed rubric.
What to fix, never a promiseviik shows what to fix so your file reads cleanly, and reformatting keeps your wording and facts. It cannot see any employer’s settings, so it cannot promise that a system will accept your resume.
