Make your next application easier

Upload your resume, then choose the task you want. You do not need to supply a job posting.

1. Upload

   In viik inside your chat, choose Browse files. Upload a PDF with selectable text or a Word (.docx) document.

2. Choose

   Choose Find my best-matching jobs to see matching roles, Review my resume for advice, or Format my resume for a cleaner layout.

3. Use your result

   Work through review advice, explore matching roles, or choose Download Word from a formatted resume to keep a copy.

Find my best-matching jobs

See public job postings ranked by shared resume wording. Filter by remote work, place, or how recently a role was posted. Job search is available when the service has public postings loaded.

Review my resume

See what works and what to improve first. Your chat assistant reads the resume to provide the review.

Get a simple layout using your existing wording. Your facts stay the same.

Focus on what to improve next

Start with the Advice tab for the main takeaway and suggested actions. It helps you make one change at a time. Open Scores & checks when you want the supporting evidence and fixed checks.

Your chat assistant judges the content; viik checks the quoted evidence and calculates the score. Different chat assistants may give different advice.

A score is not your rank among applicants or your chance of getting hired. Readable by software checks the document; it does not guarantee that every hiring system will read it correctly.

Feel ready to send your resume

Choose Download PDF, Word or LaTeX, or use Copy LaTeX. Preview & source options holds the preview styles and editable source views.

Before sending your resume, check:

• Your name, contact details and dates.
• Each bullet sits under the right job.
• Page breaks and any wording edits you accepted.

Formatting keeps the wording viik read from your file. Save your download before leaving.

Your data

Temporary, not saved for later

viik keeps your resume and review temporarily, for up to 30 minutes. A service restart clears them sooner. Saving them to an account for later is not available yet.

Reviewing shares text with your chat

A review needs your chat assistant to read the resume. viik cannot browse your other conversations. Your chat provider’s own data policies still apply.

Keep access links private

Do not share review links or assessment IDs (the reference codes for your reviews). Someone with these details may be able to access work created without an account.

Delete from viik

Ask your chat to forget your current review. This removes it from viik. Your original file, downloads and chat history remain.

No applications sent

viik does not contact employers or submit your resume. Results return to the chat you are using.

Need help?

Text looks wrong or is missing

Open Check extracted text after upload to see what viik read. If words are missing, try a PDF with selectable text or a Word (.docx) file. Photos and scans are not supported. You can also paste your resume text in your chat.

File is too large

Follow the upload limit shown in the app. Try a smaller file or paste the text.

Your session expired

Upload your resume again to start over. Keep downloaded copies for later.

A download did not appear

Check your browser or chat app’s download permissions, then try again.

What’s available

The sample demo is available now. Public access through your chat is still being tested.

Saved resumes, resume creation and automatic applications are not available yet. Job matching is built and available when the service has public postings loaded.
